The mirror angle can be adjusted to suit for different purposes
1. Plug the adaptor into the power socket (110V-240V).
2. Plug the power cable into the main unit.
3. Adjust the stand to a desired angle.
4. Open the mirror door, press
once 
for the day light, twice for the office light and third for the evening light.
5. Press again to turn off the LED light.

4. Open the mirror door, rotate the LED panel to the front.
5. Adjust the middle and side panels to a distance of around 20-30cm away from your face, adjust the angle of the side panel to ensure the LED light cover all of your face.
6. Turn on the LED treatment mode:

button to select the desired treatment lighting mode, LED lights can be use combinedly.
II. Select the treatment time (default 20 minutes; you may set between 1 to 60 minutes).
7. After selected the LED light treatment mode and treatment time, press 
to start the treatment.
8. Place your face in front of the LED panels.
9. Wear the goggle.
10. The display panel shows the remaining treatment time. For every minute of the remaining time, it will gives a “beep” prompt. When the remaining time is 0, it automatically shuts down.
11. Remove the goggle after the treatment.
12. Unplug the device and store the device in a safe place with good ventilation, or place on the vanity table for daily use.
13. Recommend to apply moisturizing lotion or cream after treatment.
For chest, neck, waist, hips and back
1. Plug the transforming charger into the main power supply
2. Plug the power cord into the device’s charging slot
3. Adjust the supporting stand behind the mirror to the desire angle
4. Open the mirror door, rotate the LED board in the middle facing front
5. Adjust the boards at the side and in the middle 7-10 cm apart from the face.
6. There are 2 ways to switch on the red LED light mode
(1) Gently touch the round button 3 times, then hold it for 3 seconds
(2) Directly hold the round button for 3 seconds
7. Put on the protective goggles, place your face close to the LED boards for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and keep a distance of 7-10cm. The LED red light will turn off automatically, which means that the treatment is finished
8. Switch to the next body part and repeat only steps 6 and 7
9. Do not use this device for more than 15 minutes
10. Remove the charger from main power supply, store it in a safe and ventilated area, or place it on the desk for daily use.
