Production Department

Our tooling department has 70 expert tool makers who can fabricate a wide variety of products. They make use of our latest Computerized Numeral Code (CNC) high speed work stations, Electro Discharge Machine(EDM) stations, milling machines, lathes, grinders and drilling machines for making molds. There are many benefits when your products are developed and manufactured on our high speed CNC Workstation. This system offers shortened lead times for tooling, greater precision in tooling accuracy, the ability to develop more complex product profiles and management of unlimited calibration data with the TS triggering touch probes. This offers our customers a competitive advantage faster turnaround of higher quality, more sophisticated products.
Assembly Lines
At Lomak, we have more than 1,200 workers and twenty four assembly lines include 13 conventional assembly lines and 11 lean assembly lines. These assembly lines follow the stringent guidelines of ISO9001 which our company has been certified ever since 1996 and has the capacity to assemble large quantities of finished goods on demand.
Quality Assurance Department
Quality assurance and certification approvals also play an integral role in our manufacturing process. As an ISO9001 2000 certified manufacturer, we adhere to exacting standards in strategic planning, gap analysis, corrective action, document structure and record control. We stand behind the quality of our products and perform a complete range of product testing in both our EA/QA and ANSI labs. You might even say that we test our products to an extreme, such as switching a single product on and off several thousand times to ensure its durability.
Automatic Injection
Our tooling department has 42 units of plastic injection moulding machines including 2 units of multimillion dollar, double injection molding machines make it possible for us to effectively combine two such different materials as plastic and metal in our manufacturing process. With increased production yield and quality, less manual assembly and simplified construction, we can produce visually appealing, leading edge products more cost effectively. That means more on your bottom line. Our customers do benefit from the sheer scale of our plastic injection and our drive towards continuous product and improvement.

Our tour would not be completed without a visit to our showrooms. Currently, you'll see that our primary lines include lighting products and accessories, cosmetic mirrors, coolers and packaging, wine cellars, household articles, shower panels and bathroom accessories, as well as a number of other ODM/OEM items. With almost 70% in the ODM sector,we can offer our clients cost leadership through economies of scale and tightly controlled distribution within their own geographic areas.
R & D

Product Technology and R & D center is the company's core domain music department, shoulder research and development of new products, improve product features task. The department in each week and engineering departments, marketing departments conduct regular meetings to discuss research projects and technology per product plan, design and strategy. And regular periodic inspection and acceptance, including products, services and upgrades to further improve customer service, and establish the company's brand.
At Lomak, we would like to increase our efficiency as much as possible, be it our assembly workers or our engineers. Therefore, we have designed a spacious training facility for weekly seminar on current issues such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and employee safety procedures. Sharing knowledge, through training and information, allows each employee in Lomak to understand the company's philosophy and to improve his/her own professionalism.
Staff Facilities

As outstanding members of the team have an outstanding performance; Therefore Lomak pay attention to the needs of each employee, to assist them in many ways to balance work and more than leisure life.
Lomak have existing staff of 800 people, three factories, two six-storey staff quarters and a five-story building staff quarters, canteen provides two meals. The factory has a table tennis room, basketball court, badminton courts and a fitness room and other recreational facilities to enrich recruits leisure time life. The factory recruits leisure will be spontaneous nature of friendship basketball game activities to physical and mental exercise, teamwork.
